After creating a new folder, I rename the old one with the same name plus this word: FULL, so that people can know that the folder is full. When I notice that a folder is full, I create another one with the same name, but I add a number, for example: if the folder DIGITAL ARTS is full, I create another one I call DIGITAL ARTS 2, now when the folder DIGITAL ARTS 2 is full, I create another one I call DIGITAL ARTS 3 and so on. When a folder is full and someone try to submit something to it, the system send this message :'target folder is over its size limits'.
